Job Description
- Take ownership of end-to-end information security delivery across engineering, governance and operations
- Drive execution of security initiatives, ensuring tangible progress rather than strategy alone
- Work directly with regional teams and stakeholders to implement security controls and solutions
- Act as a key driver in pushing initiatives forward, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery
- Engage senior stakeholders across global offices, influencing decisions and securing buy-in
- Support and guide pillar leads while remaining actively involved in key security programmes
- Translate security frameworks into practical, implementable solutions within business operations
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a hands-on information security leadership or senior individual contributor role
- Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver security programmes independently in complex environments
- Strong working knowledge across GRC, security engineering, and security operations
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes across regions
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS, with practical implementation experience
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or other operationally intensive industries is advantageous
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred but not essential
- Self-starter with strong ownership, urgency, and ability to get things done
