An international data centre developer with multiple sites across the region is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join its Singapore team. This role reports directly to the Country Managing Director and plays a critical part in managing relationships with hyperscale clients, ensuring their operational and strategic needs are met with precision and care.
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, driving alignment across service delivery, operations, and commercial functions. You'll be responsible for navigating complex client environments, resolving escalations, and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
