Job Description

What You'll Do:

The candidate will generally be responsible for the handling of all corporate secretarial matters of the SP Group within established timelines, which shall include:

  1. Preparation of board/ board committee and shareholders agendas and resolutions
  2. Preparation for, organisation and conduct of board /board committee meetings, including recording of minutes of meetings
  3. Attending to queries from board members
  4. Ensuring compliance with all company secretariat statutory (including licences) requirements of all SP Group entities (both local and overseas) such as filing of resolutions, filing of annual returns with ACRA, and working with overseas secretariat agents
  5. Incorporation of new entities, locally and overseas
  6. Maintenance of various Corporate Secretarial databases

What You'll Need:

  1. Possess relevant company secretarial qualifications to act as a Company Secretary of a Singapore incorporated company
  2. At least 8-10 years of related experience in a corporate secretarial role
  3. Good knowledge of statutory requirement of the Companies Act and other relevant government legislative
  4. Good professional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  5. Able to work independently and have initiative
  6. Able to multitask, prioritise and deliver in a timely manner
