Corporate Finance Senior Manager – Singapore

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading global professional services and advisory firm with a strong presence across international markets. Their Advisory practice supports clients through the full transaction lifecycle, helping businesses unlock value from mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic growth initiatives. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Corporate Finance team in Singapore

The Role

As a Senior Manager within Corporate Finance, you will play a leading role in advising clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, takeovers, corporate restructurings, and other strategic corporate finance engagements. You will be responsible for leading deal execution, managing client relationships, driving business development activities, and delivering high-quality advisory solutions throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and other corporate finance assignments
  • Manage deal origination, execution, and project delivery from inception through completion.
  • Prepare and deliver client pitches, proposals, and transaction presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholder
  • Lead engagement teams and guide junior team members
  • Collaborate with specialists across multiple advisory disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice

Requirements

  • Corporate finance, investment banking, M&A advisory, or related transaction experience
  • Demonstrated track record in deal origination, deal execution, and project management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable working within diverse and multicultural teams.
