Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop brand message and initiatives, marketing campaigns and internal communications;
- Manage public relations and media communications of global offices;
- Build media relationships and raise global brand awareness through strategic campaigns;
- Conceive and execute programmes to meet communications objectives;
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop content and outreach materials such as newsletter, books, brochures and websites;
- Lead the communications team and meet department targets.
- Oversee the marketing and communications budget, manage publications calendars and delegate assignments among their team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience;
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business;
- Experience in public relations and media engagement;
- Excellent writing, presentation and consulting skills;
- Work well with global multicultural teams;
- Strong people and team development skills;
- Creative, inspiring and motivated;
- International experience is a plus;
- Interest in the design & architecture industry is a plus.
