Job Description
- You will form part of a critical team to the development and implementation of Risk & Compliance programs across the group.
- You will form part of a team that develops and implements frameworks including review, assessment and the reporting of potential risks.
- Conduct training/education across BU's on risk and compliance adoption.
- Work closely with BU's to offer advice on investment projects around risk assessment / risk guidance
- Work closely with upper management and board level stakeholders to ensure risk and compliance continues to be a key part of the strategic committee direction.
Requirements
- 6 - 12 years experience
- Background in Risk, Compliance, Regulation
- Strong background in engaging and influencing stakeholders - essential
- Industry experience should be from a regulated industry such as Financial Services
