Responsibilities
Mediacorp's Marketing Solutions Team is the engine that drives revenue growth by developing innovative, client-centric solutions. As a Senior Manager , Commercial Solutions , you will play a pivotal role in building winning pitches and creating impactful go-to-market omnichannel solutions that leverage Mediacorp's IPs, platforms, and creative capabilities.
We're looking for a dynamic, creative individual with business acumen, who can partner with both internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Solutioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Mediacorp to design customised, innovative solutions that address client and sector needs
- Leverage Mediacorp's extensive portfolio of IPs or develop fresh, original concepts tailored to client objectives
Proposal Development
- Package and price solutions strategically, balancing creativity with client budgets
- Craft compelling, visually impactful sales decks in PowerPoint and support the Account Servicing Team during pitches and follow-ups
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in developing go-to-market solutions and solution-selling (media industry experience preferred)
- Strong track record of collaborating across functions, influencing stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives
- Strong business acumen - be able to price solutions that are commercially viable
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling & design) and Excel (analysis and planning)
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work both independently and with a team
