The Senior Manager, Commercial Performance & Analytics - Asia Pacific (APAC) is responsible for driving the integration of advanced analytics and commercial performance management across the region. This role delivers high-quality business intelligence and actionable insights to maximize performance and support data-driven decision-making.
You will play a key role in supporting the Director of Commercial Performance in the regional commercial performance cycle, ensuring consistent, accurate, and insight-driven reporting across markets, segments, and channels. By synthesizing complex data from multiple sources, you will develop clear, customer-focused narratives that highlight performance drivers, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partnering closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Operations, and global stakeholders, you will translate analytics into strategic recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions. You will also support core commercial processes, including performance reviews, competitor and market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance overall commercial effectiveness.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, advanced analytical capability, and excellent executive communication skills, with a focus on delivering concise, compelling insights and fostering a culture of analytical excellence aligned with Hilton's strategic priorities.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Lead the regional commercial performance cycle including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc business reviews
- Analyze and articulate key performance drivers across segments, channels, brands, and markets
- Identify risks and opportunities to revenue, budget, forecast, and market share targets and recommend corrective actions
- Support Commercial Focus Meetings with structured performance narratives and data-backed recommendations
- Convert complex analytics into concise, executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
- Elevate insight standards and visualization quality across the Commercial organization
- Lead and develop Managers, Analysts, or cross-functional project teams
- Coach team members on analytical rigor, storytelling, and executive presence
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Collaborate with regional and global Commercial Services teams
- Partner closely with Finance to align performance cycles, forecasts, and reporting deadlines
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to execute actions that improve commercial outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Qualifications
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in revenue management, commercial analytics, performance management, or related field
- 3+ years leading teams or managing cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior or executive leadership
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience operating in a matrixed, regional or global environment
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- Hospitality, hotel operations, or sales experience
- Experience with benchmarking tools such as STR
- SQL or advanced data modeling capability
- Experience leading automation initiatives (Power Query, Power Automate and VBA)
- Familiarity with Hilton commercial systems
