Key Responsibilities
Compute & Cloud Services Tower
- Lead strategy, design, and operations for APAC compute and cloud services in a hybrid environment (AWS, Azure, Private Cloud).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure aligned with global standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive cloud adoption initiatives, cost optimization, and automation across APAC regions.
- Collaborate with global architecture teams to implement best practices and emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for cloud and compute services.
End User Services Tower
- Oversee endpoint management for PCs, tablets, and mobile devices using Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SSO solutions.
- Ensure secure and efficient identity and access management for end users.
- Drive initiatives to enhance user experience, productivity, and device lifecycle management.
- Implement modern workplace solutions and support digital transformation programs.
- Establish governance and compliance for endpoint security and data protection.
Leadership & Governance
- Lead and mentor a regional team of infrastructure professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for both towers.
- Ensure alignment with global IT strategy while addressing regional business needs.
- Define and monitor KPIs for service performance, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
