Job Description

The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities sited in SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. CPHRI also helps to strategise and coordinate the various population health research initiatives across the SingHealth institutions to achieve the common vision of advancing population health goals.

You will play a key role in advancing CPHRI's research agenda and building capability across the organisation. This includes developing and supporting population health research projects, applying for external funding, developing curriculum and training programmes for researchers, healthcare professionals and community partners. Working closely with CPHRI leadership, you will also be instrumental in designing and delivering educational initiatives that strengthen population health and social prescribing competencies across SingHealth. Additionally, you will prepare papers, reports, and presentations for the funding authority, senior management, and external parties as required.

Work arrangements:

This role offers hybrid work arrangements, providing the flexibility of working remotely and in the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Public Health, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Social Science, Business Administration or related academic area with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in population health research, with familiarity in research methodologies and implementation science preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, training programme design, or capacity building initiatives
  • Previous healthcare or academic experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare academic proposals, reports and presentations for senior audiences.
