Senior / Manager, Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (Contract)

TheCentre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is acentralised platform for population health research, innovation,implementation, and evaluation activities sited in SingHealth Regional HealthSystem. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide andsupport population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation ofresearch findings in care delivery and improvement. CPHRI also helpsto strategise and coordinate the various population health researchinitiatives across the SingHealth institutions to achieve the common vision ofadvancing population health goals.

Youwill play a key role in advancing CPHRI's research agenda and buildingcapability across the organisation. This includes developing and supportingpopulation health research projects, applying for external funding, developingcurriculum and training programmes for researchers, healthcare professionalsand community partners. Working closely with CPHRI leadership, you will also beinstrumental in designing and delivering educational initiatives thatstrengthen population health and social prescribing competencies acrossSingHealth. Additionally, you will prepare papers, reports, and presentationsfor the funding authority, senior management, and external parties as required.

Work arrangements:

This role offers hybrid work arrangements, providing theflexibility of working remotely and in the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degreepreferably in Public Health, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Social Science,Business Administration or related academic area with at least 6 years of relevantexperience
• Experience in population health research, withfamiliarity in research methodologies and implementation science preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculumdevelopment, training programme design, or capacity building initiatives
• Previous healthcare or academic experience willbe an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with theability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, including the ability to prepare academic proposals, reports andpresentations for senior audiences.
