The Head plans, develops and reviews the services and operations of the DAC and SW. He / she also drives the post-18 PWD adult service continuum, and co-lead or develop initiatives within the adult service landscape or for SPD, to meet emerging needs of the clients and caregivers.
KeyRoles:
1) In operations, drive outreach activities to enrol persons with disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers. Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team including social workers, therapists, support and administrative staff, and work with various government as well as community-based organisations as needed.
2) Monitor service delivery of programmes.
3) Responsible for achieving key performance indicators, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.
4) Drive service development &sustainability (prepare and oversee budget)
5) Lead in Key Stakeholder Engagement. Network and connect with internal and external stakeholder and funders to improve programme and client outcomes.
6) Guide DAC and SW programming including any learning curriculum and materials required
Key Requirements:
1) Master or Bachelor degree in any discipline related to health science from a good University
2) At least5 years of relevant working experience in managing and leading programmes for persons with disabilities.
3) Excellent management, leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
