Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy across equity and strategic investments
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and partners
  • Drive IPO or De-SPAC readiness, planning, and execution initiatives
  • Collaborate with financial institutions, advisors, and legal counterparts
  • Develop investor materials including financial narratives and presentations
  • Organise roadshows and manage capital markets outreach programmes
  • Advise leadership on valuation, funding structures, and market trends

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking or private equity
  • Strong track record in fundraising, IPOs, or strategic financing transactions
  • Established network across investors, funds, and financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance and capital market dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and stakeholders
  • Strong financial modelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
