• Act as a consultative partner to various institutions, providing guidance on policy harmonisation and standard operating procedures.

• Conduct extensive market research and data analysis to stay ahead of local industry trends and legislative requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end implementation of change management and communication strategies for new initiatives.

skills and experience required

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits

• Possession of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.

• Proven technical expertise in total rewards, including salary structure design and comprehensive market benchmarking.

• Advanced proficiency in data management tools and a strategic mindset focused on process improvement through technology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the resilience to manage diverse stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
