Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation ecosystem.
  • Build relationships with airlines, MRO providers, aerospace manufacturers, airport operators, and aviation technology companies.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research on aviation industry trends, talent demand, and workforce challenges.
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Establish partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, training institutions, and aviation associations.
  • Collaborate with Sales team and customers to understand workforce requirements and operational challenges.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor developments in aviation MRO, aerospace manufacturing, sustainable aviation technologies, and emerging aviation sectors.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to management.

Education

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in aviation, aerospace, staffing, workforce solutions, or business development.
  • Experience working with airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, or aviation service providers is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong business development and account management capabilities.
  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry trends and regulations.
  • Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
