Senior Manager, Business Development

You are invited to join one of the largest national risk advisory, insurance and reinsurance brokers in Singapore. Acclaim is the 1st Corporate Risk and Insurance Consulting Firm to be the winner since the inauguration of Enterprise 50 (E50).

The company services more than 2000 corporate customers ranging from SMEs to MNCs with reach extending to over 150 countries worldwide.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Reaching out to Japanese clients locally and in the region
• Ensure the business development budget is achieved.
• Propose the relevant insurance coverage to prospects
• Ensure the broking cycle is adhered to from new business to placement and renewal to placement.

Requirement:

• Possess Certificate in General Insurance or equivalent
• Possess a Bachelor Degree
• Min 10 years of experience dealing with Japanese client across Asia region
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese to interact effectively with the native Japanese
• Familiar with Japanese culture
