You will be a part of HPB's Branding & Corporate Marketing team and contributing to developing and executing impactful mental health awareness campaigns whilst supporting the stewardship of the HPB corporate brand.
[What you will be working on]
As a key member of this team, you will manage the development and implementation of above-the-line and below-the-line marketing strategies, digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and media planning as part of integrated campaigns to promote mental well-being amongst Singaporeans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will oversee the development of mental health always-on projects including promotional materials, digital and social media content, and related resources. This includes managing content development for mental health portal, creating pages for new topics, developing video resources, and updating existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop data-driven marketing strategies that promote HPB's health programmes and contribute to achieving programme KPIs.
- You will coordinate end-to-end content development processes, including securing necessary approvals, and manage appointed creative, media, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials whilst effectively managing project timelines and deliverables.
- You will review marketing collaterals submitted by external corporate partners to ensure compliance with HPB guidelines and maintain consistent application of brand identity across all materials and communications.
- Your role will also include handling administrative responsibilities such as procurement, budget management, financial duties, conducting vendor performance reviews and any other necessary duties
[What we are looking for]
An ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of working experience in marketing communications
- Proficiency in English with strong ability to distil and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to design and create engaging creative content across various formats
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and website development
- Knowledge of social media community management and audience engagement
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence when interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced, dynamic team environments and navigate ambiguous situations with a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst collaborating effectively in matrix team structures
- Results-driven mindset with enthusiasm for tackling new and complex challenges
