Senior Manager/AVP - Corporate Finance

We are recruiting for a real estate company with a regional mandate, and this role will have direct reporting line to the CEO.

The Senior Manager/AVP, Corporate Finance will play a key role in driving capital management, treasury, and financial strategy for the group's regional real estate portfolio. This role partners closely with senior leadership on financing initiatives, capital markets activity, and strategic transactions, while ensuring robust financial governance across the organization's regional operations.

You will be mainly responsible for the following:

• Manage the group's capital structure, including debt financing, refinancing, and hedging strategies across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
• Oversee banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities, term loans, and revolving credit lines
• Monitor covenant compliance, liquidity positions, and funding requirements across the regional portfolio
• Support debt capital markets activities, including bond issuances and loan syndication
• Work closely with Legal, Tax, Investment, and Asset Management teams on transaction execution
• Contribute to process improvements and financial systems enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or related field; CFA, CA, or CPA qualification preferred
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, or real estate finance
• Prior experience within a REIT, real estate fund manager, or regional real estate platform strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of capital markets, debt structuring, and treasury operations
• Highly independent and pro-active with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and boards
