Senior Manager

Digital Product Design & Architecture

• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions, proposals, timelines, and documentation.

• Define product and system architecture, roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Lead research, development, proof-of-concepts, and product positioning.

• Review and improve existing systems to enhance performance, customer experience, and market competitiveness.

• Provide technical leadership during development, testing, commissioning, and issue resolution.

Pre-Sales, Sales & Commercial Management

• Lead proposal, tender, and bid management including RFP, RFQ, and commercial submissions.

• Manage client presentations, technical clarifications, interviews, and negotiations.

• Assess technical and commercial risks and recommend bid strategies.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, partners, and subcontractors.

• Identify and report tender and business opportunities to management.

• Support project handover, procurement planning, budgeting, and internal stakeholder alignment.

Regional Business Development

• Develop and execute business plans for the Philippines as part of the regional growth strategy.

• Build and manage relationships with customers and partners to grow market presence.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in regional and emerging markets.

Leadership, Training & Governance

• Lead, coach, and develop teams manage competencies, training plans, and succession planning.

• Collaborate with HR on training material development and staff capability building.

• Ensure compliance with information security, safety management systems, and company SOPs.

• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, governance, and operational discipline.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in digital product design, system architecture, and solution development.

• Proven track record in pre-sales, bid management, and commercial negotiations.

• Experience leading teams and managing regional or multi-country operations.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities.
