Senior Manager/Associate Director, Capital Markets (Real Estate)

A leading global real estate advisory firm is seeking an experienced capital markets professional with a passion for driving high-impact transactions to support expanding business needs within Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to the CEO and play a key role in leading investment sales, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives while building and maintaining strong client relationships with REITs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Leveraging deep market insights and financial analysis, you'll provide strategic advice and oversee end-to-end deal execution - from negotiation to closure. Additionally, you'll mentor junior talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

You possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate capital markets or investment advisory, a proven track record of successful transactions, and strong financial and communication skills. You should possess a CEA license or be in the process of obtaining one. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and is a strong communicator.
