Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Triangulate market, competitors and customer analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities that could impact business direction.
Business Performance Monitoring
- Lead enterprise analytics and insights generation through design, implement, and maintain a consistent enterprise-wide KPI framework aligned with corporate objectives .
- Develop performance dashboards and scorecards to track and monitor business outcomes.
Data Analytics & Actionable Insights
- Identify performance trends, gaps and opportunities; conduct root-cause analysis, and support optimization initiatives.
- Analyze demand, yield, and capacity to improve forecasting, planning, and resource utilization.
- Provide clear performance narratives and translate complex data into actionable data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Business Units to ensure consistent interpretation of performance metrics to evaluate business objectives and alignment with overall resort outcome.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or similar field.
- 10+ years experience in business/ data analytics with strong business and financial acumen.
- Proficient in SQL (data extraction/ manipulation) and PowerBI.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Self-motivated team player with problem solving skills and detail oriented.
