[What the role is]
The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic behavioural scientist to lead the development of implementation science capabilities in public health. This unique opportunity allows you to shape how evidence-based health interventions are successfully translated from research to real-world impact at population scale, directly contributing to national health priorities.
[What you will be working on]
As a core member of HPB's implementation science team, you will drive transformational change by:
- Building organisation-wide capabilities to embed behavioural and implementation science approaches in projects
- Working with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to apply behavioural and implementation science approaches in the design, implementation and evaluation of strategic health promotion interventions to maximise real-world effectiveness and population impact
- Establishing strategic partnerships with leading behavioural and implementation science institutions and international networks
[What we are looking for]
- Degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or related fields
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in behavioural science strongly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of project management and implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience in behavioural science application, implementation research, or evidence translation in real-world setting
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract
