Senior Manager, Asset Management

• Develop and implement asset strategy and budgets
• Study, propose and implement asset enhancement initiatives
• Active asset management to optimize the value of the assets
• Management of tenants and external managers
• Analyse and review asset performance.
• Evaluate the viability of capex projects including redevelopment, cost-benefit analysis
• Prepare business plans and reports
• Provide support to the investment team
• Presentation to management and provide market analysis ROI of the assets in Singapore, Indonesia and China
