As a Senior Manager, APJ Serum Business, is responsible for driving commercial performance, pricing discipline, market growth across APAC region, and contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role provides an opportunity to develop competencies in product management, strategy development, commercial operations, and financial management while working across functional areas, regions and dynamic market environments. You'll collaborate with sales, supply chain, marketing, and country leadership to ensure disciplined execution of commercial strategies, strong demand planning, implement effective solutions, and support business growth through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
The role requires a dynamic leader who can navigate complex market conditions, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate strategic initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in commercial, sales strategy, or business leadership experience.
. Strong experience in pricing strategy, channel management, and commercial execution
. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead in matrix organizations
. Leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
. Proven ability to guide strategic initiatives and operational improvements
. Advanced analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
. Financial acumen and business planning expertise
. Strong communication and presentation skills
. Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
. Experience in APAC, biotech/life sciences/commercial product environment preferred
. Success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships
. Fluency in English required additional languages beneficial
