Job Description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an Senior Manager, Account Sales.

Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Manager in Account Sales, where you'll drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer relationships and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all commercial and relationship-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, revenue, and market share goals.
  • Manage key strategic customer accounts and foster strong relationships with mid- to senior-level leadership.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and order management activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales forecasts to ensure alignment with customer expansion and development objectives.
  • Collaborate with customer R&D teams to identify opportunities for new tool adoption in development and pilot lines.
  • Work closely with product and factory teams to align equipment capabilities with customer roadmaps for industry transitions.
  • Support customer engagement by evaluating new tools and facilitating joint development programs.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve timely deliverables and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead executive business reviews, building strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
  • Utilize insights from market trends and customer roadmaps to shape strategic plans and drive business execution.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within accounts, analyzing emerging technologies and business sectors.
  • Provide timely and accurate business insights to global and executive management teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Applied Sciences, Physics, or a related Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales or account management, with a focus on logic and memory customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of wafer fabrication processes such as Etch, Deposition, Clean, Wet Process, and Assembly.
  • Proven experience in managing customer engagement across development, pilot lines, and high-volume manufacturing settings.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences, including technical teams and senior management.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global organizational context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
