Job Purpose
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare :
a) Facility letters & documentation against approved credit terms and conditions
b) Internal monitoring reports for imposed covenants/conditions, documentation status and overdue credit reviews
c) For credit annual review processing & updates
d) For limit implementation in various systems when all documentation is in order
e) For lodgment & safekeeping of credit and security documentation.
2.Check :
a) Perform checks on executed bank's standard documentation on credit and security documentation submitted
b) Perform checks on draft syndication documents & CPs confirmation
c) Periodic stock-take of original facility documents in vault
d) Perform checks for update in loan administration, loan agency &/or account operation tasks.
3.Others :
a) Managing the credit, loan and account operations project, with close liaison with staff from both the Branch and Head Office
b) Participate in system UAT, enhancement, implementation &/or DR testing
c) Guide and direct junior staff in aspect of loan administration
d) Act as a back-up to ALO Head, in her absence, in the aspect of loan administration
e) Assist on Loan & Account operations tasks within the team
f) Any other tasks that may be assigned by team lead from time to time.
