We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our HQ and non-HQ facilities, including outlets and processing kitchen. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient and compliant working environment across our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving and preferably hold a certified electrical license.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

• Coordinate, monitor and repair all maintenance activities including plumbing, refrigeration and general repair works

• Perform corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and general infrastructure

• Assist in the setup, installation and commissioning of new equipment when required

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive servicing of kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical installations

• Document all maintenance work performed including repairs, replacements and scheduled servicing

• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies

HQ and non-HQ support

• Carry out periodic inspections at outlets, processing kitchen and HQ to identify and resolve potential issues or safety concerns promptly

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations

• Provide on-site support during operational hours to ensure smooth functioning of facilities

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all work complies with local Workplace Safety and Health regulations and F&B industry standards

• Communicate maintenance status, issues and recommendations clearly to Manager

• Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate record of maintenance activities

Additional Duties

• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Operations/General Manager to support operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues independently

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and safety

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Preferably certified with a licensed electrical qualification (LEW)

• Flexibility to travel between outlets, processing kitchen and HQ when required

• Ability to work at night after mall closure when called upon on weekends, Public Holidays when required

• Ability to standby during non-working hours
