We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our HQ and non-HQ facilities, including outlets and processing kitchen. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient and compliant working environment across our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving and preferably hold a certified electrical license.
Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair
Coordinate, monitor and repair all maintenance activities including plumbing, refrigeration and general repair works
Perform corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and general infrastructure
Assist in the setup, installation and commissioning of new equipment when required
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections and preventive servicing of kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical installations
Document all maintenance work performed including repairs, replacements and scheduled servicing
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies
HQ and non-HQ support
Carry out periodic inspections at outlets, processing kitchen and HQ to identify and resolve potential issues or safety concerns promptly
Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations
Provide on-site support during operational hours to ensure smooth functioning of facilities
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all work complies with local Workplace Safety and Health regulations and F&B industry standards
Communicate maintenance status, issues and recommendations clearly to Manager
Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate record of maintenance activities
Additional Duties
Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Operations/General Manager to support operational efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues independently
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and safety
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferably certified with a licensed electrical qualification (LEW)
Flexibility to travel between outlets, processing kitchen and HQ when required
Ability to work at night after mall closure when called upon on weekends, Public Holidays when required
Ability to standby during non-working hours
