Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, monthly M&E progress claims, and Variation Order (VO) claims.
- Prepare and review M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Support tendering, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements using cost management software (CostX training provided).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in M&E Engineering or Quantity Surveying consultancy.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (experience in both disciplines is an advantage).
- Good command of English with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
