Managing M&E installations while working in coordination with top-down construction techniques, which often involves integrating services as levels are completed consecutively.
Overseeing subcontractors to ensure compliance with design drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., CONQUAS).
CoordinatingM&E shop drawings and Building Information Modelling (BIM) models to resolve clashes with architectural and structural elements.
Managing inspections and approvals with authorities (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA) leading to Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
Establishing the sequence of works, managing variations (VOs), tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Managing the testing, commissioning, and final handover of all MEP systems.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services recognized by the PE Board.
Minimum 5 years M&E experience in large building or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in large-scale projects (arena, stadium, convention centre, airport, hospital preferred).
Strong knowledgeof ACMV / HVAC systems, Electrical & ELV systems, Fire protection systems, Plumbing & drainage and BMS integration.
