Senior M&E Engineer [HQ, Apac]/Data centre proj/ 5day/ Up to 10K Basic + Bonus/MNC/ Paya lebar

• Permanent position/ based in Singapore HQ/ 5 workdays/ Paya Lebar area
• Experience in Mechanical/ Electrical design for Data center projects or building projects preferred.

Our Client, is a reputable MNC and leading A1 Main contractor diverse in building, civil, and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to HOD
• Responsible for the development and implementation the design capability and Quality of design Department.
• Research, advice the conditions of M&E Design Specification/Common Specification of Singapore, and Apac region.
• Research, establish and support in implement MEP Design Standard in local and overseas branch office.
• Leading a Team of design personnel [Engineers, coordinator, drafters]
• Participate in design progress from Bidding, Design, Construction and Hand-over.
• Review RFP documents/drawings for Bid
• Review and check the design & quality of design documents/drawings, and MEP-simulation-model from the Electrical/ Mechanical design viewpoint.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
• knowledge in Electrical/ Mechanical design in design and construction data center projects preferred.
