Senior M&E Engineer

. Design of M&E building services such as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary system for residential, industrial and commercial developments.

. Preparation of tender drawings and specifications

. Submission of plans to authorities for approval

. Project management including liaison with clients, consultants and contractors on project related matters.

. Periodic supervision of building services installations, to ensure specifications, standards and performance are met

. Attend project meetings
