Senior Logistics Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Working Location: Alexandra Road (Nearest MRT: Labrador Park MRT)
Salary: Up to $5,500

Job Responsibilities

. Manage outbound logistics operations and coordinate local and overseas shipments.

. Prepare and process shipping and export documents in compliance with regulations.

. Create and manage sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and stock movements in the system.

. Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

. Track shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and customers.

. Review logistics-related invoices and support cost control and operational efficiency.

Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics or export operations experience, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.

. Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.

. Strong knowledge of outbound logistics processes, shipping documentation, and export regulations.

. Experience using SAP or inventory management systems.

. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
