Senior Logistic Executive (Healthcare)

• Remuneration package: Up to SGD$5,400 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities

• Transport patients and caregivers to and from Dialysis Centers and their residences in a safe, timely and professional manner.
• Provide the assistance required to safely board/alight patients and caregivers.
• Administer safety procedures for passengers before and during transportation (e.g., fastening of seat belts, ensure wheelchairs are properly secured before starting van).
• May pick up several patients from a common destination depending on route.
• Checks the van to ensure that no personal items are left behind.
• Complete basic administrative tasks related to trips/vehicle.
• Checking of vehicle's major functions before using, carry out proper cleaning after every trip and maintain general cleanliness of vehicle
• Assist to operate goods vehicles/Education Bus, fulfil the daily and ad-hoc dispatch/manpower assignments by Traffic Coordinator.
• Support monthly and ad hoc delivery of medical items to center, goods delivery from HQ to Center and inter transfer of equipment and goods whenever necessary
• Completion of Traffic Requests, Vehicle Log Books and any other documents.
• Daily checking of vehicle's major functions and inform Traffic Coordinator on any vehicle's damage/malfunction. Prepare incident report on all major incidents.
• Assist in shifting of goods and setting up of furniture/equipment for event as requested.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimally Secondary School education (GCE N Level)
• Valid Class 3 or 3A Qualified Driving Licence. Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage
• Possess Standard First Aid with CPR + AED certification and Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL) would be preferred
• Good driving records with no demerit point received from LTA/Traffic Police for the past 3 years
• Preferably 2 years working experience in driving mini bus/passenger van
• Familiar with Singapore's roads and condition
