Our client is looking for a Senior LLM Researcher to join the team.

As large model capabilities evolve from knowledge-based to task-based, we seek experts to lead innovations in data quality scaling, systematic and fine-grained construction, and utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve breakthroughs research in AI data science and engineering, addressing challenges in data synthesis, system construction, and curriculum design to achieve industry-leading results.

• Develop the talent ladder and enhance team capabilities by cultivating high-value talents, ensuring continuous growth and measurable business impact.

• Collaborate with top-tier research resources, stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AI data science and large models, and contribute to core patents and proprietary technical solutions.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing research-oriented teams, defining business objectives, coordinating resources, and optimizing talent development pipelines.

• Proven experience in leading key technology research in large models and data engineering, successfully translating research into scalable products.

• Demonstrated contributions to significant research innovations that enhance product competitiveness, services, or solutions.

• Hands-on experience in large model data construction, evaluation, and validation, with strong understanding of data requirements for model training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.

• Preference for candidates with multimodal data expertise, strong cross-team collaboration skills, and experience navigating large enterprise projects and organizational culture.
