Are you ready to build, develop, and lead a legal operations function that delivers efficient and high-quality legal services In close collaboration with the Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management department, the newly established global BSO Tax & Legal Operations function is a key enabler of the LEGO Group's continued growth!


Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Legal Operations Manager, you will lead the establishment and ongoing management of the APAC/China Legal Operations team within a new global function. Reporting to the Global Head of Tax & Legal Operations, you will build a scalable, efficient, and high-performing team that delivers legal services across multiple areas to the LEGO Group's APAC and China organization.

Your responsibilities will include



  • Playing a key role in establishing a newly created global Legal Operations function
  • Building and leading a scalable, high-performing legal operations team supporting APAC and China
  • Developing processes, workflows, and governance structures for legal service delivery
  • Leading change management initiatives to transition from current to a legal operations model
  • Establishing clear, efficient, and standardized processes ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
  • Ensuring alignment with global legal operations practices and collaborating closely across regions
  • Supporting global legal transformation initiatives and strategic projects

The BSO Tax & Legal Operations function is part of the global LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) organization, designed to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient support services across the LEGO Group.

As part of this newly created function, you will help shape the future of how legal services are delivered across regions, supporting both day-to-day needs and long-term initiatives!

Do you have what it takes



  • Leadership experience guiding legal and non-legal professionals, including people development
  • Strong partner management and communication skills across seniority levels
  • Expertise with legal contracts and a solid understanding of additional in-house legal practice areas
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives
  • Ability to find opportunities for standardization and develop clear workflows
  • Understanding of legal tech platforms and process optimization
  • Strong business sense with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, and multicultural environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex workloads and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
