Senior Legal Executive

Job Description:

• Perform legal research and analysis to effectively advise clients on legal matters.
• Draft legal documents and correspondences.
• Drive BD initiatives between the firm and partner firms, including identifying and developing collaboration opportunities
• Assist in executing BD strategies and client engagement activities
• Support cross-border / cross-firm initiatives, including coordination of joint efforts, events, and proposal
• Provide support on selected competition-related initiatives as required
• Handle legal matters in ASEAN.
• Any other legal work as assigned.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a good university.
• Experienced in corporate law.
• Good English language skills.
