Senior/ Legal Counsel

We're seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to support a diverse portfolio of businesses across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, advise on strategic initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements, and help shape legal and compliance frameworks that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic legal advice on corporate, commercial, governance and compliance matters across regional operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and strategic business arrangements.
• Support business expansion, transformation projects and other cross-functional initiatives requiring legal input.
• Advise stakeholders on legal risks, regulatory developments, company policies and governance requirements.
• Develop and enhance legal processes, compliance frameworks and contracting standards.
• Manage external counsel and oversee legal matters to ensure commercially sound and cost-effective outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with approximately at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, gained in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal environment.
• Strong grounding in corporate and commercial legal matters, including contract negotiation and advisory work.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Regional or cross-border legal experience will be advantageous.
