Responsibilities
- Review internal policies and internal control processes to improve operations and risk Management.
- Implement legal policy by participating in the following aspects:
- Definition of the legal strategy at Group level;
- Definition of the means necessary for the application of the legal strategy;
Apply, within the Group's organizational structure, the strategic decisions defined by Management in the matters defined below.
- Provide expertise in all legal areas:
- Law of obligations and more particularly of contracts; Competition law; Corporate law; Media Law;
- Real rights and tenancy law; Settlement of disputes within the company and with regard to third parties; Criminal Law.
- Assist the Chief Legal Officer in supervising the Group's subsidiaries in collaboration with the other lawyers of the service;
- Draft legal documents such ascontracts, statements, agreements, legal notices and possibly follow up on disputes;
- Participate in meetings to provide legal support and advice to upper management that may involve legal issues;
- Participate in the coordination between the various legal consultants in order to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the various legal actions carried out across the Group.
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Laws or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience or experience in luxury retail industry is a plus
- Prior experience as an in-house counsel will be preferred
- Demonstrates strong collaboration ability with internal team, stakeholders and the business
- Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
- Arbitration and mediation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of common law and civil law issues and procedures
