The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team. You will be part of a team working on global O&G projects. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements ( EPC, advising on natural gas/LNG contracts, project finance, renewable projects)
Requirements:
- Law degree with 8-12 years PQE, admitted to practice in Singapore or the UK and has experience in the energy industry, especially in O&G projects.
- Experience in negotiating O&G/LNG supply agreements, upstream M&A and project finance agreements
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses.
