Responsibilities
Requirements
1. Common law qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience.
2. Able to work independently but work well in a team environment.
3. CIPP/E, CIPP/US and CIPM certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
4. Experience in dealing with privacy issues relating to international businesses. Experience in the design and implementation of a global privacy compliance program is a plus.
5. Strong interest in the internet and cloud service space.
6. Track record in problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
7. Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently.
8. Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) to interact with stakeholders in China HQ and other regions
