Senior Leasing Manager (Retail)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to oversee overall tenancy matters for the mall. You will be responsible for building strong relationship with tenants and maximizing occupancy, while working with the relevant departments to drive footfall through effective tenancy mix management and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review trade mix, strategize and implement marketing initiatives to maximize shop and atrium space occupancy and revenue

2. Build strong relationships with tenants, addressing daily concerns and supporting business growth

3. Preparation and execution of tenancy documentation and relevant SOPs

4. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and corporate standards

5. Achieve financial performance targets, budgets, and operational KPIs

6. Support relevant departments to drive foot traffic to mall through tenant or 3rd party tie-ups and campaigns

7. Manage and supervise team of leasing/marketing team to achieve

Requirements

1. Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

2. 7+ years of experience in mall management and/or retail property

3. Pro-active and result-driven

4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Proven track record in tenant relations, leasing, and operational excellence.
