Job Description
- Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix
- Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration
- Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector
- Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance
- Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation
- Incentives for direct deal
- Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field
- Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position
- Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
