The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist plays a key role in designing, delivering, and scaling training initiatives to support business performance. This role leverages on digital tools and AI technologies to enhance training efficiency, develop scalable learning solutions, and support product launches and frontline capability building.

Working closely with the Capability & Program Manager and business stakeholders, the role ensures effective training delivery, impactful learning content, and continuous improvement in training operations through innovation and automation.

1. Digital Learning & AI Enablement

  • Design and develop AI-driven workflows and automation solutions to improve training efficiency and scalability.
  • Build workflow agents and leverage digital tools to streamline training processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Expand digital learning adoption through innovative use of platforms, tools, and technologies.

2. Training Content Development & Management

  • Develop sales kits, scripts, and training materials to support product and service launches.
  • Create engaging bite-sized learning content, microlearning modules, and quizzes for frontline staff.
  • Upload, maintain, and manage digital learning content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).

3. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires, refresher programs, and product/service briefings.
  • Coordinate and support manufacturer-led training sessions and roadshows.
  • Ensure training delivery is engaging, practical, and aligned to business needs.

4. Stakeholder & Project Support

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Support multiple training requests across product launches, campaigns, and operational needs.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.

5. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes, tools, and content effectiveness.
  • Track and analyse training metrics to enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of digital and AI-enabled learning solutions across the organisation.

Skills for Success

Education & Experience

  • Tertiary degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or sales enablement roles.
  • Experience in facilitation, training content development, and digital learning platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office, video editing tools, and LMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, workflow automation, and digital learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, PowerApps, or similar tools is an advantage.
