SENIOR LEADER | TALENT ACQUISITION | ENGINEERING & RESEARCH

With deep capabilities across engineering, advanced manufacturing, biomedical sciences, technology, and applied research, the organisation partners closely with industry, academia, and government stakeholders to drive innovation and future-ready capabilities.

As part of its continued investment in talent and organisational growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to support the attraction and engagement of highly specialised engineering, scientific, and technical talent communities.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in intellectually stimulating and purpose-driven environments, and who enjoy partnering closely with senior technical stakeholders across research, engineering, and innovation domains. This position will play a strategic role in shaping and driving technical talent acquisition initiatives across specialised engineering and STEM talent pools. Beyond recruitment delivery, the role will also support broader talent attraction and ecosystem engagement initiatives, including employer branding, technical talent pipelining, recruitment marketing, and regional talent engagement activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to build long-term talent pipelines and strengthen the organisation's positioning within highly competitive technical and scientific talent markets.

  • Leading Talent Acquisition initiatives across engineering, scientific, and technical functions
  • Developing proactive talent pipelining strategies for specialised STEM talent pools
  • Building strong engagement with technical talent communities and external ecosystems
  • Driving employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Organising and participating in recruitment and branding events, including regional initiatives
  • Partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and technical stakeholders on workforce planning needs
  • Enhancing candidate experience and strengthening talent attraction capabilities
  • Supporting long-term workforce and talent development strategies

We are keen to speak with candidates who possess:

  • Strong Talent Acquisition experience within semiconductor, engineering, advanced manufacturing, technology, R&D, medtech, scientific, industrial, or innovation-driven environments
  • Experience recruiting highly specialised STEM or technical talent
  • Familiarity with technical talent communities, engineering ecosystems, or research-driven organisations would be advantageous
  • Exposure to employer branding, university engagement, technical recruitment events, or talent pipelining initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnering capabilities
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior engineering, scientific, or technical stakeholders
  • Regional exposure or experience supporting cross-border initiatives would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
