Hiring: Senior / Lead Search Algorithm Engineer (Ranking / Recommendation / LLM)

We are currently working with a leading internet company that are expanding their search and recommendation teams.

If you have strong experience in search, ranking, or large-scale recommendation systems, this could be a great opportunity to work on high-impact products serving millions of users.

What you'll be working on

You will be involved in building and optimizing search and recommendation systems end-to-end, including:

• Designing and improving recall & ranking algorithms
• Working on A/B testing, experimentation, and model evaluation
• Applying advanced techniques in information retrieval, recommendation systems, and LLMs
• Driving innovation in search, ads, and AI-driven content discovery

What we're looking for

• Strong background in Search / Recommendation / Ads / IR
• Solid foundation in ML / DL / NLP / LLM
• Hands-on coding experience (Python / Java / Scala)
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Ability to work with large-scale data and complex systems

Nice to have

• Experience in search engines, advertising systems, or AIGC
• Exposure to ranking optimization, experimentation platforms, or LLM applications
• Prior team leadership experience
