The Role — Own, Build, Scale
This is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end ownership of RF hardware design, from early architecture to production ramp.
You'll join a lean, high-caliber engineering team, working close to the problem, making fast decisions, and delivering real-world impact.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead RF / microwave / mixed-signal hardware design across the full lifecycle
- Drive feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping
- Own schematic design, PCB layout collaboration, and production sign-off
- Perform board bring-up, RF tuning, and root-cause debugging
- Define and execute system validation strategies (EVT / DVT / PVT)
- Execute RF calibration and performance optimization at both module and system levels
- Troubleshoot high-frequency performance bottlenecks in dense RF systems
- Support NPI, manufacturing scale-up, and production validation
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronics and Communication engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in RF / microwave hardware design and productization
- Strong hands-on expertise in RF circuit design, testing, and optimization
- Deep understanding of real-world wireless system behavior
- Experience with RF front-end architectures: PA, LNA, filters, switches, matching networks
- Hands-on development experience across wireless technologies including Wi‑Fi, WiMAX, Wi‑Fi HaLow, and high‑power RF systems
- Familiarity with OFDM, MIMO, beamforming
- Experience with Qualcomm Wi-Fi chipsets & tools (QDART, QSPR)
- Solid understanding of mixed-signal systems and digital interfaces (PCIe, SPI, UART, I²C)
- Strong lab skills using Spectrum/Network Analyzers, VSG/VSA, power meters
- Exposure to RF production testing and manufacturing workflows
- Bonus: Experience with PLL, VCO, synthesizers, clocking systems
