Senior/Lead Research Engineer, ALI, I2R

Job Description: The candidate will participate in the research and development of multimodal multilingual large language model, implement deep learning algorithms and propose novel solutions that optimize the computational efficiency for training and inference of multimodal foundation model. He/She will need to translate and adapt the model to real-world problem and is expected to work as a team in problem analysis design solutioning, conduct evaluation to achieve stat-of-the-art performances for different benchmark. Strong problem solving, coding and communications skills are expected.

Job Requirement:

- BSc/MSc in ML, NLP, background in speech, national language understanding
- Proficient programming skills, familiarity with Linux
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in local or regional languages
