The Digital Transformation, Innovation & Data Office (DTID) serves as the client's central business transformation office, driving the organisation towards becoming digitally enabled and data-driven.
DTID:
- Defines the digital vision, strategies, and roadmap to guide digitalisation efforts.
- Acts as a catalyst and bridge between business owners and technology enablers.
- Functions as a horizontal integrator, aligning and harmonising cross-cutting digital initiatives across the client organisation.
- Plays a key role in building a digitally skilled workforce, enabling employees to harness digital technologies and embrace transformation.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in managing Agile product teams lead Data Analysts and oversee the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualisation to solution delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop end-to-end analytics solutions: problem/use-case formulation, data pipeline design, proof-of-concept, and deployment to production.
- Develop custom reports by integrating data from enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) using cloud-native analytics platforms (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks), and deliver insights via tools such as Power BI.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and data engineering teams to enhance the enterprise analytics platform, tools, and reusable assets.
- Monitor, validate, and optimize the performance of analytical solutions.
- Provide operational support and maintenance of the data & analytics infrastructure.
- Contribute as a core member of the Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE):
Share best practices, cross-learn with peers, and support organisation-wide analytics initiatives.
Drive adoption of advanced analytics capabilities and industry-leading practices. - Design and deliver training sessions/workshops to build analytics and data science competencies within the client organisation.
- Perform other related duties to support departmental and divisional objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in conceptualising and delivering advanced analytics or data science solutions to address business needs.
- Familiarity with analytics and/or machine learning platforms, with strong knowledge of integration with upstream and downstream data/production systems.
- Proven ability to engage business stakeholders, gather requirements, and work with technical teams to enhance analytics platforms and resolve user challenges.
- Skilled in analysing business needs, framing solution approaches, interpreting model outputs, and driving adoption of data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, R/Python, data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI), and ML tools/packages.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) would be an added advantage.
