Responsibilities

. Provide group work and other support to families in need, and work with partners to support clients wellbeing.

. Handle complex and crisis cases, including making referrals to other agencies when needed.

. Provide clinical supervision to support staff development.

. Plan and run programmes for children, adults, and families.

. Identify service gaps and improve organisational work processes.

. Conduct annual staff appraisals and manage budgets and statistics monthly.
