As our new Senior Landscape Architect you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support Design Directors to lead and drive design excellence across projects, ensuring innovative, site-responsive, and sustainable landscape solutions.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including design development, documentation, and implementation.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve design challenges during construction and implementation.
  • Serve as a key client contact, managing relationships and ensuring design solutions align with project aspirations and business objectives.
  • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients, government agencies, and project partners.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement processes, integrating diverse perspectives into the design approach.
  • Guide and mentor team members, providing technical knowledge, design critique, and career development support.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of landscape architecture with urbanism, architecture, and engineering.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging landscape trends, climate-responsive strategies, and regenerative design practices.
  • Drive the incorporation of ecological, social, and technological innovations into projects.

What are we looking for

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in a landscape architecture or urban design practice.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality projects of varying scales, from concept to construction.
  • Strong design vision with the ability to translate ideas into compelling, site-responsive solutions.
  • Deep technical knowledge of materials, detailing, planting design, and construction methodologies.
  • Experience in complex urban, public realm, and ecological projects is highly valued.
  • Ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative, people-centered work culture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in presenting and negotiating with clients and authorities.
  • Strong proficiency in design and documentation software, including AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with BIM, GIS, or parametric design tools is an advantage.
  • A forward-thinking and proactive approach to landscape architecture, with a passion for sustainability and resilient design.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail and execution
